Personal training sessions are approximately 45 minutes and focus on a variety of aspects including strength, power and core development, overall body composition, metabolic conditioning, mobility and coordination. These sessions can be scheduled on a private or semi-private basis and must be scheduled in advance with the trainer. All monthly programs include customized programming to supplement the days when they are not working with a trainer as well as nutritional guidance.
PRIVATE / SMALL GROUP
Private sessions allow you to work with a trainer in a personalized one-on-one setting. These sessions are specifically designed to focus on your specific goals to help advance you to the next level.
Small group sessions are designed for up to four participants. This type of training still allows for personalized instruction but at a fraction of the cost. Small group training offers individualized training paired with the accountability of others.
Online programming is designed for individuals who want customized and structured programming but have the motivation and accountability to complete the programming on their own. These programs are designed around your specific goals and include strength training, metabolic conditioning and nutritional guidance.
